“Galactic Light Language and Soul Symbols of The Grid”

Dear Monica,

Love your interview with Marla Frees. I have talked with Marla a few times in email and
on the phone, she is cool.

Just wanted to share with you, that as I see The Grid and symbols around people all the time, I draw them for people. I call them galactic light language or soul symbols.  They speak to the soul/emotions without words and help us move forward in life.

Well there it is, my guides wanted to write to you and share.  Thank you for all the blessed work you are doing in the Universe!

Many Blessings of love and light,

Dr. Salo Stanley

Marla Frees is a ‘cool’ person, I had a great time in our Dreamland radio interview.

I created a painting titled ‘The Grid’ to show my experience of what underlies all that is, the Matrix as I see it. How incredible to hear you share your experience of  it. It’s always fascinating to hear a different perspective of things. Not only does it validate the visions for us who may question what we see, it also adds information to fill in the gaps and potentially see the ‘bigger picture’.

Sometimes I’m frustrated that I can’t seem to find words that accurately describe what I feel, see, or hear.  I find myself smiling when I hear new verbal descriptions like ‘Galactic Light Language’ or ‘Soul Symbols’. What a beautiful choice of words to express what you perceive. It’s a personal vocabulary created out of necessity to describe the experience the best way one can.

I’m glad to hear you too draw and share what you see. Art is a wonderful form of communication, that’s not defined or limited by spoken language. Art can be a limitless form of expression that reaches a part of us we may not even understand through initial observation. It speaks to us on many levels.

By the way, did you hi-jack my personal library  for your website’s Recommended Reading list …lol? I find it remarkable  all the same titles we hold. If there is one additional book I could recommend, it’s Power vs Force-the Hidden Detriments of Human Behavior by David R. Hawkins, absolutely fascinating and illuminating.

Thank you for sharing, and keep up the wonderful work!

Sincerely, the Fringe Dweller

“Am I opening a Door that I’m not ready for?”

Submitted on 2009/09/27 at 5:37am

Dear Fringe.

As a kid, I actually believed I saw spirits. When I was told they weren’t real I stopped. When I was teenager, I saw some again. One was an actual ancestor Indian chief, full head dress and all. Then they would only appear at time of emotional crisis, and always they were positive and encouraging. Never a bad thought and always trying to teach me to use talents. And I have had great success in my career. So… I’d decided I wanted to do hospice volunteering. I thought that would be good to give back. But I’m worried. Will I be sensing more spirits. I encountered a few before recently. Non-threatening. But if I do this, am I opening a door that I am not ready for?

‘Wish to remain Anonymous’

Excerpt of painting Grey Wolf from the book Fringe Dweller by Monica Holy

Dear ‘Wish to remain Anonymous’.

This happens all too often…as kids we don’t question things…we have no inhibitions…it’s the behavioral conditioning that we’re brought up with, and surrounded by that starts to mold us with new beliefs. Even our culture, or the religion we’re brought up in has influences. I’m guessing that if I were to ask you, at the time you saw these spirits, in your heart you knew them to be real? As I said, I’m merely guessing this. It’s something to reflect upon and ponder yourself how you felt.

My spirit guides too come in low points of my life, and they have been of the deepest understanding, with a love so unconditional that’s astounding in its intensity…I find  words don’t properly reflect what I feel.

I think you are blessed to have these communications….what a gift your are receiving !

It sounds like you have a good heart…an open heart…which means yes you’re more likely to be sensitive to anything around you. You’re most likely empathetic as well. I ’d say you’re chances are pretty good to sensing more spirits if you allow yourself to be open to that experience.

I feel you asked the right question about potentially opening a door that you may not be ready for.  I don’t know your knowledge of these experiences, but you would do well to learn more about protecting yourself. Now I’m not plugging my book here when I say I go into steps to protect yourself, but to repeat all here would take too long, and if I simply cut and pasted my publisher would have a copyright fit…lol…..(hey, we need to keep our humor).

The simplest and quickest way to protect yourself when you feel unwanted energy, is to mentally surround yourself in white light…come up with a visualization that works for you. Have that bubble of white light extend out to your personal space as far as what feels comfortable for you Some people envision a cascade of white honey running down the top of their head to their toes…whatever works for you.

Now, most importantly…send love…mentally send love, extend love outwards…and repeat in your head or out loud as often as you need to…’ALL THAT IS NOT MINE, PLEASE LEAVE’.

You can even envision a mirrored box around you (I actually did a painting of this for chapter 4 of the book , called ‘The Greys’. You can view the painting THE GREYS on the website). It’s a two way mirror. You can see out, however those outside of your mirrored box, only see reflected back what they project onto you. It comes back to them, it doesn’t pass through your mirrors…only Love can penetrate in…and Love is what is sent out to them.

I’d like to recommend an incredible book that I feel could help immensely. It’s called ‘The Four Agreements’ by Don Miguel Ruiz…it’s a Toltec Wisdom book which fits nicely with your First Nation spirit guides. it was a huge help to me, it really enabled me to work with people…all people, those living and even those not.

I hope this helped.

Sincerely, the Fringe Dweller

Grey Wolf: artwork from Chapter Six

acrylic on canvas = 3′h x 4′w

Artwork 'Grey Wolf' by Fringe Dweller on the Night Shift author Monica Holy

GREY WOLF

Dream Journal entry:

Saturday, December 27 2003

As I l lay down and ready my mind to enter the Night Shift world, I ask for an image that I can identify as a spirit guide.

The dreamtime opens, showing me earth’s moon, full and shining. As the full moon always does, its gentle brilliance draws me into a peaceful and thoughtless contemplation, and so I gaze at it without expectation, just waiting.

The image begins to shift as I watch. Feathers form over the round and placid face of the shining moon, transforming it into the visage of an owl. The feathers are as softly colored as moonlight—gentle earthy umbers, buttery ochers and misty greys tinged with blue. Layer upon circular layer appear until the luminous orb is completely masked by them.

I sense a presence forming behind the mask; his essence is Native. He is completely hidden except for his eyes, which glow with wisdom, kindness and understanding. They are the amber eyes of a wolf.

A spirit guide has come to my calling. His name is Grey Wolf.
