I was so blown away in the fall of last year, when I first of all discovered that there was a word for people like me "empath", and secondly when I started coming to terms with what that really means. Looking back at my life, I was relieved to realize it "wasn't just me". I'm now learning more and more skills that keep me sane, and keep me aware of what's "mine" and what is not mine. Also, cleansing techniques that get rid of the everyone else's emotional lint from my body (yay!). Anyways, also so relieved to meet another empath, and learn from their experiences. Go empaths!
