Why does it seem like some people hang around in infra red for so long before transiting to the light?

For people new to the term ‘Infra Red’ , It’s the frequency Spirits inhabit. I usually refer to it as the ‘Pink Plane’, as that’s my colour of experience. Please see my reply to Veronica in “Why some spirits choose to stay here?“ for my answer.
